Musselman Triathlon

Well, this race I had to listen to my body. This was the first race I dropped out due to injury. I went into the race thinking I would have fun, but 6 miles into the run, I knew I couldn't take it. I decided to drop out of the race and call it quits.

I'm going to check out what the doctor has to say about this lingering achilles injury and take triathlon season from there. But here is a picture of me and my pup. That will cheer up any situation!
